Usage:

The clamping system with NdFeB high-energy magnets were optimised as per the latest magnet technology. Owing to the permanent electro-magnetic circuit of the AlNiCo/NdFeB magnet system, extremely high adhesion forces are generated. Short current impulses are used for magnetisation and demagnetisation.

Milling of thin plates

  • Minimum thickness of workpiece: 5 - 8 mm
  • Minimum size of workpiece: 45 x 45 sqmm
  • Nominal adhesion force: 110 N/sqcm
