Usage:

Reinforced magnet system with demagnetisation cycle. Optimised system for high adhesion forces. Fully magnetic, saturated system due to flow concentration. Design 220.76 quadratic (pallet), design 243.76 rectangular.

Heavy chip removal even in pallet changing systems. With a demagnetisation cycle; therefore, suitable for high-alloy materials or hardened materials.

  • For workpieces up to minimum thickness x:
    8.0 mm for P = 35 mm
    20.0 mm for P = 65 mm
    32.0 mm for P = 85 mm
  • For flat workpieces, minimum a:
    70 mm x 70 mm for P = 35 mm
    130 mm x 130 mm for P = 65 mm
    180 mm x 180 mm for P = 85 mm
