Reinforced magnet system with demagnetisation cycle. Optimised system for high adhesion forces. Fully magnetic, saturated system due to flow concentration. Design 220.76 quadratic (pallet), design 243.76 rectangular.

Heavy chip removal even in pallet changing systems. With a demagnetisation cycle; therefore, suitable for high-alloy materials or hardened materials.

  • For workpieces up to minimum thickness x:
    8.0 mm for P = 35 mm
    20.0 mm for P = 65 mm
    32.0 mm for P = 85 mm
  • For flat workpieces, minimum a:
    70 mm x 70 mm for P = 35 mm
    130 mm x 130 mm for P = 65 mm
    180 mm x 180 mm for P = 85 mm
  • System with a demagnetisation cycle optimised for the adhesion force
  • Complete surface is magnetically active, no “dead zones”
  • Solid mono-block design
  • “Real” pole distances N/S
  • Permanent electro-system for absolute safety in case of a power failure
  • With a heavy machine plug at front-right
  • Pole gap with wear-protected brass
  • 8 mm wearing capacity of the pole plate
  • Optionally possible with a grid threaded hole pattern for pole strips or pole shoes (M)
  • Pole pitches 65 mm and 85 mm optionally with T-grooves as per DIN 650-10H10 (T)
  • Clamping slot on short sides
  • Quadratic designs SAV 220.76, optionally with a zero-point clamping system as per agreement
  • Robust and water-tight
  • Protection type IP65
  • Suitable for connection with control device SAV 876.12
