Permanent-magnet welded angle – magnetic aid for welding and installation at 90º
Do you have questions?
For rational holding of welding parts at an angle of 90 degrees. Depending on the size, usage for small, lightweight parts to heavy sheets. Using magnetic aids only for fastening when welding and subsequently removing them is recommended to ensure that the welded angle is not thermally overloaded.
Stable structure, both front faces are magnetic, easy loosening using lateral pressure. The normal design (N) is intended for workpieces with polished surface. On the other hand, the reinforced design (V) is also suitable for workpieces with rough or contaminated surface. The welded angles in the pipe design (R) are provided with prism-shaped pole shoes and are therefore especially suitable for the processing of round material and pipes. The 2-pole (2) magnet angles are designed with 2 protruding magnetic rails for large machine design, steel structure, shipbuilding, crane assembly, etc. An anvil installed on both sides simplifies the alignment using a hammer. Welded angles – starting with SAV 246.60 - 116 – are suitable for small and lightweight parts to applications in large machine design, steel structure, shipbuilding, crane assembly, etc. – ending with SAV 246.60 - 450.
